Think about the people, then the position.
For your Carrollton request, picture the route from the work or gathering to the facilities. A convenient restroom should not block the entrance or interrupt the activity. Include handwashing and accessible needs while there is still room to consider the complete layout.
When the first trade finishes, the next may use a different entrance or work area. Ask how the restroom position will be reviewed between phases and who can authorise a change.
Choose around the property.
Portable units and trailers have different space and setup requirements. Compare the offered equipment against your location rather than choosing a type from a picture. If there are venue instructions or access windows, share them with the University Park team alongside your dates.
Working through the project
Before you send the request
What should I consider first for a Carrollton occasion or project?
Start with the people using the facilities and the setting they will use them in. For this request, describe crew numbers, overlapping trades and the planned work phases. The property layout helps put those details into context.
